Rephael was a child prodigy,
His eyes were pure and his heart was innocent,
His sweetness captured all who saw him.
He was killed in a tragic car accident
at the tender age of only 3 years and 10 months old.
We decided to perpetuate his pure memory,
With the writing of a Sefer Torah for an eternal remebrance.
